WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR JERKY?
Keep in mind that that is the Best By date and NOT an expiration date. (this means that it's the date the jerky is best consumed by, not necessarily when the jerky expires)
My jerky is made 100% without preservatives, so it has a very short shelf life compared to other commercially available jerky brands.

HOW SPICY IS YOUR JERKY?
Each of my flavors has varying levels of spiciness from very mild to extremely hot. Here's a chart showing the spiciness level from 1-5 for each flavor! (1 is almost no heat at all and 5 is dangerously spicy)

DOESN'T SOY SAUCE CONTAIN WHEAT/GLUTEN/SUGAR/CARBS?
Not necessarily! I use Non-GMO Kikkoman Soy Sauce, which contains only 1g of Carbs per Tbsp and less than 20 ppm of Gluten. During the drying process most of the Soy Sauce evaporates from the jerky and what remains leaves less than 0.5g of Carbs and less than 2 ppm of Gluten, which is low enough to be considered both Zero Carb and Gluten Free.
My Jerky has been tested for Gluten and is Gluten Free
