This right here finally put my in my place. Haha! When i read "Caution: Painfully Spicy" on the bag, I said "Yeah.. We'll see about that." And i did.. Thank you Matt for making a jerky that is as hot as advertised!

Great texture and perfect spicy flavor! Gets you sweatin' but the burn doesn't linger too long!

Overall, it's a good jerky. My only gripe is that it is a little too salty. The salt is almost overpowering the flavor of the meat and other spices. 250mg per serving. Cut it down to 200mg per serving, maybe?
